The Bridge Tavern in Wicklow

Everything was great except, for the price of the room, we expected a bottle of water in the room.

Came here for a late lunch and absolutely loved the place! The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and the service was quick!

We enjoyed a lovely lunch at The Bridge Tavern. The food was delicious -- the curry, the chicken sandwich and the fish & chips in particular were great -- and the service was friendly and fast. There is a lot of space inside which was perfect for us because we had a sleeping toddler in a stroller. Would absolutely recommend!

Service is very poor but beautiful location

Stumbled upon this place on my way by accident and decided to call on for food. Amazing place, the staff is so hospitable and nice and the burger and mussels were actually exceptional.

Have eaten here a few times and food is generally good, staff are friendly. Not a fan of the chips though, clearly frozen. However was disappointed the other night, my partner and his dad had the curry. It came out with naan (which they had asked for) but no rice, when they asked the waitress if there was rice coming she said no it was specified on the menu you could have rice, chips OR naan (and clearly has been asked this before). Not sure I've ever had a curry without rice before. Secondly, the portions were very small, especially for the cost. It was 25 euro for a chicken curry, with no rice included. If the portion was at least sizeable, we wouldn't have minded but you could count the pieces of chicken easily (4/5). It tasted nice at least but not sure we'll be going back anytime soon with those kind of prices!

Such a lovely stay! Really comfy, cosy rooms, super clean, really calm and quiet, and right in the centre. Beautiful view of the river while you have breakfast! Parking was on street and easy and the food was delish. They adapted the menu for me to make it gluten free too. Super worth the money and a really lovely stay. Thank you so much! WiFi wasn't working though, we did ask about it but it didn't get fixed. Just FYI! Thanks so much!

Had my first Guinness beer (in Ireland) here. Food was fantastic and view was outstanding.
