This is a nice decent spot with good value for money bar food. We are regular diners here and the food although not stellar is pretty good and not too badly priced. very family friendly with a nice relaxed atmosphere and friendly quick service. We've had visitors from abroad and they loved this place so much that after having a lunch there they came back themselves for a few pints of an evening....so well done the Carpo- a hit with locals and tourists alike :)

Great service, cant fault them but the food could be a bit more adventurous which doesn't mean it wasn't nice, it was, i had the chicken fajitas which were delicious.

Very impressive pub. Beautiful interior, pleasant atmosphere. Fast and professional service. We came for Sunday lunch. The food was really delicious, we didn't have to wait long.

02/06/2026: We had a truly lovely stay! Everything was impeccable, from the warm welcome at reception to the delicious breakfast each morning. It is difficult to highlight just one aspect when everything was outstanding, but Emerson, Giuliana, and the entire staff deserve special recognition. They were always kind, attentive, efficient, and eager to help, making our experience even more memorable. We will definitely be back and will gladly recommend this hotel to family and friends. Thank you for such wonderful hospitality!
