The Central Bar in Navan (an uaimh)

My favourite local, great atmosphere, one of the best pints of guinness in navan. Frankly the staff alone make it an easy choice to become a regular. Most of the bar has sufficient reading light as well (minor point most people wouldnt care about but worth a mention).

Only had drinks but they were great. Tried to carry more than I probable could of handled from bar and immediately server came up and helped me take drinks to table. Great smoking area . Great bar with areas to suit all. Great mix of young and old. Really enjoyable place to be.

Works xmas outing, food was ok,not worth 55 euros per person though, small portions. Staff were generally pleasant. Entertainment in the lounge afterwards was reasonable.

This place has it all, very good, homemade food, at a very good price, and charming waitresses. I also have celiac disease and they were very clear about gluten.

I went into the restaurant today. The food, drinks, and desserts were very delicious, but a little bit pricey. The portion sizes were not big, but not small. They were medium at best. I had a good experience in the restaurant area with my two friends, and the staff members were very nice and friendly.

Fantastic smoking area, the Old Fashioned was delicious and the other cocktails were great as well

Great place for watching sporting events, loads of screens. Great entertainment in the evening. Amazing food served throughout the day, best burger in town and I've tried many others. Friendly local staff who can accommodate small to large groups. Love this place. Highly recommend to all.

Connor was taking care of our table for a hen night. We were all very loud and boisterous given the event and he was absolutely amazing. He served us all with a smile, he even brought a non alcoholic champagne for my mam for the toasts so she could be included. He is an absolute credit to the Central. All the staff were fabulous but Connor went above and beyond! Beautiful food, fun atmosphere and a formal/relaxed vibe. Highly recommend the Central for an event, a night out, a quiet dinner or a drink with friends!

Lovely setting, great food and friendly staff. We sat outside on a small table by the street. There is a really nice terrace on the roof too. The bar looked very modern and nicely decorated. Looking forward to another visit!!

We went here to celebrate a family occasion with 12 members of our family. The booking process was seamless and staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. On arrival some of our party had drinks at the bar , where they found the staff to be very friendly and efficient. We were all greeted and welcomed by extremely friendly staff in the restaurant. Service was excellent, and Justine and her team were very efficient and helpful. No request was too much for them. The quality of the food was top class, compliments to the chefs. We were even welcomed by the proprietors, Michael & Tara, which was a nice touch. This restaurant cannot be beaten for friendly service, lovely staff and good quality , well presented food. Overall a great experience, and a place to go when dining out in Navan.
