The food and burgers are very good, the beer is a bit pricey, €6 a pint, large place, friendly service, large portions with one dish, good place, I would come back

Solid bar, didn't try the food but solid options. Busy but not too busy didn't have too much trouble finding a table. Fills up at about 10pm. Live music is great although too loud to the point you can't hear the person beside you. Wouldn't recommend the Guinness but friendly staff, pints not too dear considering the area. All ages inside the bar too.

Excellent !!!! If i could give this restaurant 10 / 10 I would. I work all over Ireland and eat in a lot of different places the food here is very good.

My wife and I have been coming to bundoran 2-3 times a year for going on 15 years....kids come along now too majority of the time....first time popped into this place for food and Boy it was Hella worth it. Met with Richard at the beginning and was welcomed cheerily and politely. Offered us drinks and a seat. Talked about my wife's allergies and he went to the chef. The chef(don't remember his name sorry) and Richard went out of the way to help out and offered a great selection of suitable fantastic tasty foods for my wife.....she's never been so happy eating out as usually a big struggle. The chicken wings I had were superb also. Could recommend Richard, the chef and the restaurant any higher. Can't wait to return.

Great pub despite being in a really touristy area. Great fries and wings! If you're looking for a sports bar, you've come to the right place. The price is also completely reasonable!

Bella Vista

07/07/2025: We went to Bella Vista for dinner this evening and I wish we'd tried it sooner because it was absolutely beautiful! A brilliant spot with great views of the beach and dunes, it has a lovely atmosphere and a menu with lots of good options (we're vegetarian and were spoilt for choice!) The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the food was absolutely gorgeous: we shared a garlic pizza bread for starters and it was enough for the 4 of us as a starter. I then had the pasta arrabiata for mains bc it's my absolute favourite, and it was quite possibly the best version of the dish I've ever had anywhere - so rich but light at the same time, with so much flavour and the right pasta to sauce ratio. I cleaned the plate and would go back tomorrow to get it again if we weren't leaving Bundoran. My family had pizza which they very much enjoyed, and we shared some lovely chips which were skin-on and very roastie-esque, which we all loved. I'm just sorry I didn't have room for dessert as I imagine it would've been of the same beautiful quality. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough - I wish we'd tried it as soon as we got here, as we wouldn't have been out of it! The staff were cheerful and accommodating, and clearly the kitchen staff are just as talented. Looking forward to our next visit to Bella Vista next time we're in Bundoran.
07/07/2025: A wonderful restaurant with a beautiful view of the ocean. The pasta, salad, and calzones are delicious. There is kids menu, and I highly recommend trying the hot chocolate with liqueur, which is absolutely incredible.

Blue Leaf Restaurant

21/10/2024: This was an unbelievably very good restaurant. Heading into winter on the West Coast of Ireland, the food, the service, and the atmosphere including the playlist was simply sublime. I’m not being paid to write this review, but it was probably one of the best meals I have eaten out in a very long time. Everything tasted fresh and full of flavour; from the steak to the asparagus to the potatoes, bread and peppercorn sauce I don’t think I have tasted better.
21/09/2024: Great place with romantic ambience, lovely food, huge portions, and kind waitresses. This place is a hidden gem of Bundoran. The surf and turf steak was so juicy and the garlic butter was a great addition to the steak. Prawns were well balanced and not overpowered by the spices. Junior loved the pasta and we devoured the deserts. They were spot on! All in all, I'd give it 95/100 and that's just because they have no draught beer. Dinner for 3 with desserts and drinks cost around €140 but unlike other similar establishments, it's a money well spent with no regrets. Well done Blue Leaf, you have made our day (or evening)!
