This is definitely a nice hotel. The staffs were friendly and super helpful! The room is nice!

A somewhat outdated conference and family hotel, but you don't notice that in the lobby and restaurant area. I found the connection to the fitness center and swimming pool very good. You should definitely try the restaurant. The food is super tasty and the prices are fair.

Absolutely amazing place to stay! It's a very welcoming hotel with amazing service. Staff is always so helpful and friendly. Food was just delicious and i recommend trying their amazing cocktails too 😁

Fantastic Hotel, I highly recommend it. Spent a night here recently. Spotless room, comfy bed and a delicious freshly cooked breakfast the next morning. Staff were really pleasant and helpful. It’s 5⭐️from me… good job Galway!

Excellent stay, highly recommend. The website doesn’t do this hotel justice, it’s modern and chic with stunning communal areas and lovely bedrooms. Dinner in the bar was excellent, restaurant quality & great service. Breakfast was good but not amazing, though the buffet was hot which is rare. Receptionist at check in Friday evening was a stand out employee, so helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to go back, thank you!

This place was hopping when I went t here. But the food was very good and friendly service. I recommend the place if you’re staying at the hotel and don’t want to go into town for a meal.

After a very fulfilling day we arrived at our hotel to tired to travel anymore. Decided to have dinner at the Rueben. Wonderful service and lots on the menu to choose from. One observation was that it is a very loud dining area! My wife had the duck confit which she enjoyed and I had a Caesar salad to start and finally some Irish lamb that was not in a stew! It was great! Overall a very satisfying dining experience.
