Fantastic hotel great entertainment, food and service outstanding .

Perfect for a family break close to the city. Son loved pool, kids club and spacious reception area. Staff were friendly and excellent service. Great stay.

Decent hotel, great facilities for kids including pool and kids club, family room very small and parts of hotel a bit grubby, overall enjoyed our stay but given room size and cost would not be inclined to stay again

Top class hotel especially for kids. Pool facilities, bar/restaurant food was tip top. 10/10 from all adults and kids. We will be back.

Our experience at The Connacht Hotel this year was absolutely spectacular. From décor and service to food, entertainment, and atmosphere - everything was flawless. Our Christmas Party was a huge success, and the entire team was thrilled. The entertainment and food were standout highlights. It was my first visit, but it certainly won’t be my last. Highly recommended for events and family stays alike!

Breakfast and pool were the best part of the stay. The kids really enjoyed both. Room was small for a family of 4 with inly a double and single bed in the room and not very comfortable. The dinner was just ok in our opinion

The photos of the hotel online looked lovely & the lobby/reception/co area is nice, although, felt a bit open. The reception & check in was ok but she was not very warm & overly welcoming. The staff in general were helpful & pleasant. On departure there was no one to be seen. In the end, I just left the key on the desk. Overall, my experience was a bit disappointing.

Location convenient for medical appointment in The Bons Secours Hospital. Bus to city centre is a few minutes walk from hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful.

This used to be a lovely, friendly hotel and one I would always have recommended. Unfortunately, over the last few stays it has become increasingly corporate. Staff appear burnt out, check-in feels like a conveyor belt, and there was no proactive approach from reception to update us on room readiness. Overall, very disappointing
