The Cracked Teapot in New ross

We used to go here very regularly but have been disappointed during our recent visits. Last time we ordered 2 mains and 1 side, tea for two and an orange juice. The table next to us arrived 10 mins after us and got their coffee quickly. We then got the side and one main, no beverages. It took another 15 mins for the second main to arrive by which the other food was pretty cold. Still no beverages, which we had to ask for again and only got the tea never the juice. It will be a while before we might give this place another go. The atmosphere is really lovely and we're sad to leave this review.

Excellent food and staff were great.

Disappointing lunch here on a Saturday. Food was quite nice but service wasn't great at all. Had read so many good reviews but was surprised to be met with a staff member who was borderline rude. Felt quite unwelcome and was very happy to leave.

A nice simple 🍵 ☕️ 🫖 tea shop Decor very nice and relaxing.. More nice cakes 🎂 🥮 would bring in more people, I think 🤔.

Nice, cosy and lovely café in the centre of the city with a lot of delicious pastries, drinks and even Quiches. The service is very friendly and very fast! The price of the food is very reasonable!

Nice homely food good atmosphere

I like the place and the atmosphere was very homely and abvozt feel too it. The food though was nice but not what I had expected I was a little let down with the portion size and the quality of the food. Though it was nice I would eat here again but maybe order something different

A gem of a place with fabulous food, and top notch service

Love it. Soup was amazing and sambo. Some vegan for my daughter and lovely atmosphere looking out to the street. Very friendly.

We stopped at The CrackedTeapot Cafe for a snack after a cycling on greenway and it was the perfect pit stop! The food was delicious, the service was fantastic, and we were lucky enough to enjoy our meal outside in the sunshine. The staff were all courteous and friendly, making it a really pleasant experience. Excellent value for money, and we'll definitely be back!
