21/08/2026: I have known Shijo Shijo Bhaskaran since 2003, from his days with TAJ Hotels, so I knew we were in for something special when we decided to visit The Holy Grail, New Ross for our first Sadya of the year on Atham 1. Three families made the journey all the way from Dublin to experience the legendary hospitality that Shijo and his team are known for, and every mile was worth it. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. A beautifully arranged table, complete with traditional banana leaves, was waiting for us. Once seated, Shijo, his brother Shibu, and their wonderful team served each dish with care and attention. The spread was exceptional: Erissery, Olan, Kalan, Pacha Moru, Madhurakkari, Koottu Curry, Pachadi, Kichadi, Inji Curry and many more, each prepared to perfection and bursting with authentic flavour. To crown the feast, we were treated to two delicious varieties of payasam, providing the perfect sweet ending to an unforgettable meal. Despite the restaurant being full, the service remained smooth, attentive, and perfectly paced. It was truly "food for the soul." We left with our hearts and stomachs equally full, completely satisfied by the experience. A heartfelt thank you to Shijo, Shibu, and the entire Holy Grail New Ross team for your humble hospitality and outstanding service. 06/07/2026: The staff are lovely in there, the food is amazing, never waiting long for my food, the best Chinese in new Ross maybe even Wexford too, my only bone to pick: recently the spice bags seasoning has been too salty the last couple of times I ordered, hoping it changes back to the old seasoning, highly recommend though x

15/09/2026: We had the fastest service, ever! We still can’t believe how quick our food arrived, between 5-10min from ordering a hot duck dish & a toasted sandwich with chips. All the food was delicious & piping hot. All the staff, in the shop, on the tour & in the restaurant were all fantastic & do a fabulous job. They were all so welcoming & polite. Nothing was too much bother, well done to all. Thank you everyone for a lovely experience…….😁

17/08/2026: Went there yesterday for pizza and some french fries. Pizza is amazing guys. Pizza dough so tasty tomato base was so perfect made! It was nice to sit there and listen to guys who are working that they are talking to each other and making jokes it felt really nice to hear that for a change! Only one small thing - french fries were more cooked than deep fried but that's all! Thank you so much!
