The food was delicious. I recommend the fish soup and the chicken with waffles. The service was excellent, and the views from the terrace were beautiful.

Excellent food...went with my office colleagues and we had different appetizers main dish and desert. All the items were delicious. Service was excellent. The location is perfect. You get a great view of the river and King John Castle. Highly recommend.

Very good restaurant, prices a little high but quality food. The desserts were excellent and the waitresses were very friendly. Arrival is via a pub, then the upper room offers a lovely view of the river. A little noisy though, but still pleasant.

From the person who took our booking to the time we paid for our meal before leaving, all the staff were A1. The food and service was excellent. Would highly recommend this establishment, and we'll definitely be back.

The location is excellent, and the price is reasonable. While my steak was subpar, [at €38 you would expect better].the other three diners found their meals fantastic.

Lovely spot and setting. Herselfs pasta was lovely. My burger very underwhelming especially as you look at all these burgers on their Instagram page. The beef patties were smaller than the bun, a big no no when it comes to burgers. Felt like I was at a poor summer bbq. Staff friendly and nice.

06/05/2025: I met two lovely women in Luigis today who looked after me and the group that I had with me. They chatted easily with us while preparing 13 portions for the group, and even had a few words 'as Gaeilge' with us. And what can I say about the food....there wasn't a crumb left behind. It was fabulous. Go raibh maith agaibh!
