What an amazing Sunday Lamb roast we just had, one of the best I’ve ever eaten! Thank you.

Food was great! Although I did have to wait on the table for a while with an empty glass

We were lucky to get to sit in the glass room on a Saturday before Paddy’s day. Food was so good, definitely full after. Drinks were even better. Service was very very friendly. I always recommend this place to friends and family

Initially picked this place because I wanted to try their fish tacos. However after arriving we found out the dish contained milk which I have a strong aversion to. I want to thank our waitress, the manager (sorry we didn't catch your names) and the chef for providing a 5* service in accommodating me. You went above and beyond to provide a dairy-free fish and chips instead, which was still delicious! Thank you so much and I would highly recommend this place for something to eat!

I had the pleasure of dining at The Curragower and was thoroughly impressed with both the food and the atmosphere. I ordered the Sous-Vide Chicken Supreme, a staff favorite, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The chicken was tender and juicy, paired with perfectly cooked baby carrots, green beans, girolle mushrooms, and crispy kale. The pomme Anna added a crisp, buttery crunch, while the creamy mashed potatoes were smooth and comforting. The rich gravy tied everything together beautifully—every bite was delicious.
Beyond the incredible food, the restaurant itself is warm and inviting. The interior features exposed brick walls, soft leather seating, and elegant pendant lighting that gives the space a cozy, relaxed vibe. The marble-topped tables and plastic flowers on each table add a charming, if slightly artificial, decorative touch. Despite the flowers not being real, the ambiance remains stylish and welcoming, making it a lovely spot to enjoy a meal.
I highly recommend The Curragower for anyone looking for fantastic food in a comfortable, well-designed setting. Can’t wait to visit again!

I had great food and drink, with a great view of the sun setting on King John's Castle and the River Shannon. So, in a word, great!

We were told to check out The Curragower by some local friends. We could not have been more pleased with the experience. The downstairs pub was a great place to enjoy a drink or 2 in a cozy atmosphere, while the garden provided us with a fabulous view of the water. The meals did not disappoint, and the chicken wings lived up to the hype. Staff were attentive and friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of. I’d strongly recommend stopping in at The Curragower for a pint and a bite to eat.

Dined here 31/01/2025 for an evening meal, party of 7. From start to finish it was fab, from greeting on the way in and throughout the service. Place was packed, always a great sign….food was gorgeous, everyone in the party loved their dishes. I had mussels, steak and affogato.🤤 Was on the mocktails as driving and they were delicious too. All the staff were super friendly and kind. Will defo be back, thanks for a fab night.😊
