We were over in Newmarket Motors collecting a new Xpeng G6 and β€˜The Daily Grind’ was recommended as the place to go to for a good lunch. The great food was matched by the welcome and service making the whole experience. We can also recommend the carrot and fruit cakes both taken home πŸ˜€ In fairness the recommendation did come from James Moylan in Newmarket Motors and the cafe is owned by his mother. Overall collecting the car and the lunch capped off a great day trip from Dublin.

07/03/2026: Had a meal here today. Waitress was lovely and food was quite nice. Unfortunately only the seats outside at the back are dog friendly but the staff sorted out some nice blankets to wrap up in. Would visit again. :-)
27/02/2026: Beautiful place. Very friendly staff. Excellent service. Food was delicious. Fillet of steak was outstanding. Lasagna was delicious. Dessert was bread and butter pudding with custard and ice cream. Reasonable price Highly recommend going to the Vintage
