The Dinky Takeaway in Courtown harbour

Had the fish and chips today with the family after a walk. We were starving and is was well worth the wait! The fish was crunchy and crispy and very tasty and the chips were delicious!! Highly recommened!!

Been here few times. Batter is always less than perfect. Very wet and soggy. Today was just leaking through the bag. Realised just before leaving and same was replaced (again service was always great). It is observation by the others too, as I can see. Not sure why the batter can not be crispy and well fried.

Was here on sunday orderd three kids meals all very goid but got a cod and chips for myself. The fish itself was fresh and well cooked but the batter was raw on the inside i could not eat it. Very goid chips

Love all the food Onion rings & fish been my fave 😋. Staff always so efficient & pleasant. Highly recommend.

The chips with various toppings are legendary. The "fish and chips" menu is good, but can't compete with the "chips with cheese, Galicia, and bacon."
