06/08/2026: Food was good overall. But the only downside was there was no chicken goujions

03/08/2026: I was really disappointed with our experience here. To begin with, we had to wait 20 minutes just to place our order. After finally getting to the counter, we were told they had no Southern Fried Chicken, no taco mince, and no batter burgers. What made this even more frustrating was that the staff seemed to have plenty of time to sing and shout "Happy Birthday" to a customer, yet nobody thought to inform the long queue of customers that several popular menu items had already sold out. A simple announcement would have saved everyone a lot of time. We were then told our food would be ready in 20 minutes, which we were happy to wait for. However, when we returned after those 20 minutes, we ended up waiting another 30 minutes before our food was finally ready. In total, it took around 50 minutes after ordering, on top of the 20-minute wait just to place the order. Overall, the lack of communication, poor organisation, and excessive waiting times made for a very frustrating experience. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I wouldn't recommend this chipper.

28/05/2026: Popped in for some weekday lunch. My son really enjoyed his sausages and chips and I had seafood chowder It was the best tasting chowder I've had in years. We definitely will be back next time we're in the area.

01/08/2026: Must be one of the most unfriendly places I’ve ever had to endure. Being local we often go for walks with our dog and stop off to Ben & Nicola for a coffee, however no matter how many times. We’ve been there not even a thank you for your custom, a smile, a how are you today? We now go to newly opened m& t coffee where our custom is much more appreciated and the atmosphere is much friendlier That’s the good thing about competition, it’s healthy

19/07/2026: This place has the potential to be a really lovely inviting hang out - I like their flat white, the protein balls and the sausage rolls which seem to be home made and really are beautiful. The outside area is cool and nicely done. The girls at the till are generally sweet and smiley. Somehow though there is a lack of overall friendliness, and a somewhat stressed vibe around the place.?. It’s a great shame because it’s cute and has lovely outdoor seating. I would love for the place to be cared for a little better and for the staff to bring some happy beachy vibes to their customers 🙏🏻☀️✌️

03/05/2026: One of the nicest chinese take aways iv had for a long time. I got shredded chicken starter and house special sweet and sour. Delicious 😋
