05/04/2024: Would give 0 if possible. Ordered on the website and it said delivery for 19:55 and status was “on the way”. At 20:00 it said “completed” and no food delivered. After ringing a total of 56 times with no answer I drove to the takeaway myself at 20:25 and they informed me it had left 2 minutes ago and basically accused me of not trying to ring by showing me their phone did work, to which I had to show them my call log. He said the food was on the way and could call the driver back but I said there’s no point waiting I will meet them back at the house. The time is now 2110 and apparently the driver was sat waiting outside for us and they haven’t called or told us the food was there? Appalling service when there are two type 1 diabetics in the house. Can’t comment on the food as we never received it UPDATE: the owner later rang and apologised for the bad service and miscommunication. We appreciated her reaching out to us on her personal number and couldn’t have been more apologetic.
