The Driftwood in Rosses point

This was the favourite food place we visited on this holiday. Food was amazing. Staff were brilliant and located right by the shore. Not sure about the rooms as we didn't stay here

Have eaten here a few times over the last few years, consistently very good. They had lobster caught that day in the bay once, that was phenomenal. Always worth a visit.

Our one-night stay in room 6 was very pleasant. We did also enjoy the dinner at the restaurant — the burgers were decent, and the waterfront view was truly beautiful. The quirky artwork felt like a cherry on top.

This review is about the Driftwood's restaurant/bar: We had a light lunch here and sat outside with great views of Sligo Bay and Knocknarea in the distance. The sandwiches were delicious and the waiter deserved a medal for coping with a large group of hikers who arrived unannounced. During low season (up until the beginning of May), they only open for lunch from Thursday to Sunday. Highly recommended.

Had dinner one evening in April 26, nice atmosphere, friendly staff and food was tasty, just one critique was tge lamb tagine didn't have a lot of lamb but maybe I was unlucky tgat evening 😋

We had a lovely one night stay. The room are beautiful and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was delicious (especially the wings). Staff very friendly. Thank you.

I always have the best experience at The Driftwood, a beautiful spot overlooking Rosses Point. It’s family-run making it a welcoming atmosphere. The interior is lovely—modern but still cosy and relaxed. The menu has a great choice for breakfast, brunch, or dinner. The food is excellent quality and everything we had was really tasty. Amazing cocktails too ! Staff are friendly and attentive. The hotel rooms look beautiful as well, so I’d definitely recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to stay. Definitely a great spot to eat or stay if you’re in the area!

Great room. Great food. Best was the people. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
