Really enjoyed my meal in Little Cottage Café. The goat’s cheese on toasted sourdough was delicious and full of flavour. Such a nice spot, would happily go back again. 😊

Every time I visit Sligo hospital I drive out to this little cafe for something to eat. I have never been disappointed with the experience. It is very popular and always busy. The menu is simple, well prepared and delicious. It arrives quickly and served by very friendly staff.

A class wee café! Always stop into The Little Cottage Café when I’m up visiting the family on the line in Upper Rosses Point. It’s the kind of place that just feels right — friendly faces, bit of chat, and you can’t beat the smell of the coffee when you walk in. The scones are unreal, proper homemade, and the breakfasts hit the spot every time. You can sit out and catch the sea breeze or stay inside where it’s warm and cosy. A lovely local spot run by good people — long may it last!

The coffee is amazing and they even have vegan options for milk! The sandwiches are affordable and the view from the cafe is by far the best I had on my trip there! Would recommend

Absolutely love it here! I’m completely obsessed with their breakfasts whenever I’m over and usually leave with half my bodyweight now constituting of their incredibly delicious cookies!! The Little Cottage Cafe (or Evelyn’s as it’s known to us) is my favorite cafe is Sligo!

31/03/2026: I always have the best experience at The Driftwood, a beautiful spot overlooking Rosses Point. It’s family-run making it a welcoming atmosphere. The interior is lovely—modern but still cosy and relaxed. The menu has a great choice for breakfast, brunch, or dinner. The food is excellent quality and everything we had was really tasty. Amazing cocktails too ! Staff are friendly and attentive. The hotel rooms look beautiful as well, so I’d definitely recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to stay. Definitely a great spot to eat or stay if you’re in the area!
