Austies Pub & Kitchen in Rosses point

myself wife and friend were recommended by someone to visit Austies and we wasn't disappointed. felt at home as soon as we walked through the door, the staff were extremely friendly. proper irish pub with a great local atmosphere loved it.

We had a late lunch on Saturday on the veranda side, facing the sea. Very pleasant atmosphere, perfect welcome and excellent dishes. (Fish soup, garlic mushrooms, shrimp) I particularly appreciated the advice of the waitress (I assume the owner of the place) to help us choose our menu according to our tastes. Good value for money !

Wonderful staff excellent food .

We were here just after sunset for dinner and had an amazing time (the daytime view of the harbor must be stunning). Many thanks to Laura for making us feel at home. I finished my open faced steak sandwich in record time, it was so good! We also tried the delicious fish n chips and homemade Oreo cheesecake.

Such a welcoming and authentic atmosphere! We went for lunch on Wednesday afternoon. Had seafood chowder, seafood linguine and prawns. The best chowder we ever had! Fish was fresh. Ingredients were high quality. Portion sizes are huge. Our toddler had their kids fish and chips, he ate the whole lot and had some of my linguine! Apart from the food, the restaurants itself is so beautiful, and the view is to die for. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Absolutely fantastic meal. Worth every penny. Will be back again soon.

Service was delightful, atmosphere was really cozy and food was delicious. Would definitely recommend!

After a recommendation we visited Austies for lunch today. It was just fabulous. I had seafood chowder & my husband had the special seafood linguine. Absolutely delicious, portions were so good. Staff, cleanliness everything was perfect. We will definitely be back!
