Nice warm place. Great atmosphere. Food was fab. Kid friendly. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Recommend booking in advance during busy times.

Dropped in a for a pint and pizza, sat outside in the sunshine. Fantastic outdoor area, will be back in warmer weather. The inside restaurant looks great, nice old fashioned bar. Great pint of Guinness was had.

Gorgeous! Fantastic ! Warm! Cosy! AND pet friendly….. Stopped off for a night on our way to Donegal and the owner Lorna greeted us as we entered. She was full of charm and chat and made us feel so welcome. The bar is old school traditional Irish with music in the background which made the experience even better. The pints were flowing and extra crispy so we stayed for more that one ha Don’t pass, bring your dogs, stay and soak up the atmosphere and views. Fantastic find. We’re already planning to return on our way home.

We called to make a reservation and they were very busy but managed to fit us in. We were a little early on our arrival but they accommodated us with a table. The staff were so friendly and nice. The food was quick but delicious. Nice cosy little atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

Very cute warm, & welcoming with friendly staff, The food let it down in my opinion, there was nothing wrong with the food on the menu, they could just fo better. Will try the pizza next time

The Driftwood

31/03/2026: I always have the best experience at The Driftwood, a beautiful spot overlooking Rosses Point. It’s family-run making it a welcoming atmosphere. The interior is lovely—modern but still cosy and relaxed. The menu has a great choice for breakfast, brunch, or dinner. The food is excellent quality and everything we had was really tasty. Amazing cocktails too ! Staff are friendly and attentive. The hotel rooms look beautiful as well, so I’d definitely recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to stay. Definitely a great spot to eat or stay if you’re in the area!
