I’ll start with the staff at the dungeon: amazingly helpful, fun and vibrant people. They made our first night at Ashford a joy. The food was incredibly tasty and the vibrance of “The Dungeon” was fantastic
Grand! Delicious Steak Tartare! One of the best I’ve ever had! OMG 😋And the cut of the week cooked to perfection! Dessert cheeses with honey 🍯 and pear compote.. wonderful, tasty picks and combinations of flavors! Service was excellent! Thank you Anthony!
Cenamos en el Dungeon y tuvimos un servicio absolutamente fenomenal. La comida era deliciosa, y servida con mucho entusiasmo. Habíamos investigado el menú antes de llegar, pero cambiamos de opinión cuando se presentaron los especiales. Samuel, nuestro camarero, era muy atento, e incluso se ofreció a tomar una foto para nosotros que era tan amable. Thomas también era muy atento y profesional. Nunca esperamos ni necesitamos nada. Tenían razón en cada detalle. Yo, yo mismo soy el más exigente que conozco, y alérgico a casi todo, y a mi esposo un chef (fue entrenado en Ashford Castle en la década de 1990) por lo que tenemos una alta atención a cada detalle y sabor, y aún así ambos limpiamos nuestros platos, y por supuesto comimos postre. 10 / 10 para comida y servicio.
