Food, service and atmosphere were excellent, 6 of us had a meal tonight and we were all thrilled. Exceptional service and loved the food, the best chicken wings i have ever had.

Was in Lahinch and went in for lunch. Place was quiet and not mad busy, which is good. Staff looked after us well, food portions were good and tasted great too. A nice ambient restaurant good for drinks and proper food! Definitely recommend!

Recently I dined here with a group of friends and had a great experience. The food is top quality along with the great service. The Scampi and the Prawn curry were big hits along with the Tofu and shiitake mushroom veggie option. I highly recommend a visit.

Hugo's Cafe

14/10/2024: Jesus lord help me the pastries here are unbelievable. Like absolutely incroyable or whatever the French say … get it? French pastries. .. didn’t they come from there ? Class anyway.
21/09/2024: Looking for a coffee and something on hand we found Hugo's Cafe. We were absolutely thrilled! The sandwiches heahlty & delicious! The Pasteis de Nata are a dream! Brie and apple chutney to put in! The coffee is the best in Ireland so far! An absolute recommendation! (And no, that wasn't too many exclamation points!!!)

18/10/2024: Great old fashioned bar. Well run and friendly. Pint is top class.
18/09/2024: The owner, Peter, is a great bartender and conversationalist. A must stop for any trip to Lahinch. Do not miss this this historic pub!
