Julie from The Elms helped my partner & I with the interior design of our sitting room. We had great help choosing our sofa. Her knowledge & taste are top class. we even snapped up a bargain in their end of season garden furniture. we will be back!

The Elms is a lovely escape. Situated in a beautiful setting with equally tasteful stock and a fab cafe for a treat after shopping. The staff are very helpful, in particular Molly in the cafe, she couldn't do enough to help. I'll definitely be back.

14/10/2025: I had dinner here last evening with a few friends. Large menu, good food, sizeable portions, good service. Recommended
10/10/2025: We call in at lunchtime very busy were waiting to meet friends who were flying in and flight delay no problem for them us keeping a table for a hour when friends arrived order food service was great staff very friendly food good quality and very reasonable price large portions definitely be back

The Lime Tree cafe & restaurant

04/10/2025: Busy spot with good selection on menu. Main courses €15-20.
05/09/2025: Dropped in here on a short visit to Castlecomer. While the village/town was lovely and clearly developing well with quality new andrestored shopfronts and sensetive restoration of many buildings, but the star of the 'show' for our visit was the Limetree. Food was fresh and very tasty, service was very friendly and efficient. I cant say much about the atmosphere as we ate outside but everyone seemd to be enjoying the Limetree as much as we did. First Class! PS. Good value too.
