The g Hotel & Spa in Galway

We had a great time during our stay! The receptionist was very welcoming and showed us around upon arrival. We were so excited to see the kind surprise left for us when we returned to our room later that day. Breakfast was excellent as was the service provided. At checkout, the receptionist ordered us a taxi to the train station. Unfortunately there were many delays due to the snow but the concierge was so kind and drove us to the train station so we didn’t miss our train. I’ve never had such amazing service as we did at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I wish I could remember all of the staff’s names to thank them for their excellent service.

I just had a coffee, excellent service and ambience as always.

Nice hotel, however in pictures rooms looks much better than I real life. We had dinner and breakfast, and food was ok.

Staff were excellent, decor was top self. Shops cafe are all behind the hotel.

Lovely room with lots of space and beautiful bathroom. Excellent shower. Very peaceful and calming decor. Just an odd location as part of a shopping complex but that is forgotten once u are in the hotel. Service and breakfast was excellent. Not sure why getting negative reviews as everything worked well.

Hello !! OMG my stay in the hotel was phenomenal we got prawns and all! They even had the bigun’s .. TIGER PRAWNS. Anyway this hotel embodies the worst of capitalism. The hotel located in the heart Galway is a concrete jungle where genocide is made of. But oh my god the prawns and the service top class.

Wow! What an incredible hotel it exceeded our expectations. If you are considering staying you definately should. The rooms are so spacious including the bathroom and everyone treated us so lovely and parking was so easy and straight forward. The tv is a smart tv which is such a huge plus, and the spa was incredible. This is actually our second time coming here cuz we love it so much … thank you G hotel for giving us the best experience. We will definately be back for a third time.
