The Gallery in Westport

Brought a friend who was visiting Ireland for the first time to this charming and unique little Tapas Bar last November. We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere but when we got the bill we were really taken aback. We shared a cheese board/sharing platter which was approximately 27/28 euro. On the menu it stated it was this price for 2 people to share. When the bill arrived it 28 euro x 2 which was unexpected- 56 euro for 2 sharing . We definitely would not have ordered this platter if we had known it was double the price and feel it should have been explained to us before hand either on the menu or in person.

Hidden gem in Westport. We loved our night there, the food, atmosphere, and surroundings were perfect. Highly recommend for anyone making the trip to Westport and looking for something special and a bit different.

One of the best cheese boards I've ever had. Quality and proximity food. All delicious. Friendly, fun owner with excellent musical taste. If you are in the area, reserve a night to have dinner there :)

Had an excellent experience at the Gallery. Tom was extremely welcoming to us and it was great to have a space that welcomed our dog indoors. The tapas menu was really inventive and clearly a huge amount of thought was put into each dish. The vegetarian options in particular were really good with a large selection available. Paired with a lovely bottle of red, it was a great evening.

This place is a gem in Westport! The multi-functional space functions as a wine bar/store, cultural space and restaurant. I was very impressed by the service and INCREDIBLE selection of wine. It is truly a unique space!
