The Gallery in Westport

Super fun night at The Gallery. The food was just great, service so friendly and wine and vermouth - delicious. We loved the atmosphere and the community spirit. Can't wait to return.

Good quality local and foreign products, including wines and an amazingly delicious selection of mostly Irish cheese. The owner made us feel very welcome by coming outside to meet us and to tell us more about the products, which then developed into a very nice conversation about all kinds of interesting topics. Overall, an excellent experience!

Delicious food, amazing wine and a very funny host (with the humour of Philomena Cunk). Recommended!

This is a must stop if you’re in Westport! We had such a lovely time talking to Tom and hearing his story. It felt like sitting in a living room that’s how welcoming and chill it felt listening to records and eating nice food and drinking great natural wine. One of our favorite stops in Ireland!

We went there without any particular expectations and discovered what seems to be one of the best restaurants we've ever eaten at. The cuisine is excellent, sophisticated, and refined. The ingredients are of high quality, perfectly prepared, and each dish is executed with true mastery. And what about the atmosphere? At once unique, cozy, and intimate, it fosters genuine conversation among the diners. It's exactly what you expect from a true social hub like a restaurant. Not to mention the music, which is simply sublime. P.S.: The cheese platter is undoubtedly one of the best we've ever tasted. And yet, as a Frenchman, I didn't expect to find such an excellent cheese platter in Ireland. We can't wait to return on our next trip.

Wow! Wow! Wow! The food, the wine, the ambience, the host!!! A hidden gem up an alley way. So glad we found it.

Love this cafe. The quality and the selection of food is fabulous and changes regularly. This time we had Zucchini Fritters with romesco, cashew cheese, Orzo and herb salad and it was absolutely delicious. We make a point of stopping off here whenever we are traveling via the M18 and every time (which is quite a few over the years)it has been worth the minor detour. Highly recommend this cafe and it's lovely staff.

What an amazing place, we stumbled upon by accident and delighted we did , the vibe is great the second you walk in, the owner is incredibly friendly and joyful , the food is great and the drinks were lovely , very fair price and a wonderful experience all round , bit a hidden gem down a back lane off the main street.
