The Gantly Way in Roscrea

The Gantley Way in Roscrea is a treasure in the community … my only problem with the place is that I live too far from it to be a regular and only get to eat her two or three times a year. My preferred dish is the Dressed Fries … salt & chilli chips with fresh chilli pepper, chicken goujons and garlic mayo … just look at the size of it … and it isn’t even considered a main course. The staff here are fast, friendly, chatty and efficient … the clientele are a cross-section of the local community … people know each other and have conversations from one table to another. A local on their own will often be joined by a staff member for a few minutes … just to check in with them. You can get half-portions of most of the main coursed too if that’s what suits … There are other item on the menu I should try … but I just can’t get passed the Dressed Fries. Great food ... Great service ... Great value ...

We had this guy for a full main course post very large funeral. 190+ people fed delicious hot food with no fuss. I could not recommend this company highly enough.

We enjoyed a delicious affordable lunch at Gantry before doing some shopping at the Supervalu (the restaurant is attached) Food was piping hot and I can't get over how much more flavorful the tuna salad is in Ireland compared to the states - the Gantly's was utterly delicious. Fries, salad and coleslaw with each sandwich and free OJ at the table. Busy lunch rush, but we were seated, fed and paid up in 30 minutes (not counting the 10 it took to make up our minds on what to order!)

The servers were very nice,the food arrived quickly and overall it was a joyful experience.

Have been in for two family parties and take my parents here for breakfast or lunch so accessible with my mam being in a wheelchair. The staff are amazing food is delicious.
