The Garden Bar in Killarney

The food was top notch. Raw oysters were huge and delicious. Not sure that I have ever had any that were that thick and that wide. My venison dish was also very good with both venison and a miniature venison pie. Wines by the glass were very good with large pours. Our Latvian waiter was very good - friendly and professional. No complaints from me - a great experience.

Why would you eat in any hotel bar? You go here for the drinks and atmosphere. Whiskey, martinis, beer, and wine are all top shelf. Service is unobtrusive and friendly. Great spot for a pre-dinner cocktail. It is perfect for what it should be.
