We were in Dublin for a long wedding anniversary weekend and were looking for someplace special for dinner. We liked the website for the Garden Room and decided to try it out.
Service is very warm and welcoming from the moment you step into the hotel (the restaurant is part of the Merrion hotel). Somehow I was expecting more of a "garden restaurant" atmosphere with a lot of plants so was a tad surprised not to see more of that. But the ambience and food made up for it :) Service is very attentive and forthcoming.
I really appreciated the thoughtful and delicious anniversary surprise from the kitchen.

Wonderful restaurant situated in the merion hotel. Beautiful food. The staff are very attentive and friendly without exception and will assist you with any requirements you may have. The setting is perfect especially on a sunny day.

Everything was excellent!
The food was truly high-quality and delicious. We tried the lamb, duck, fish, and burger — each dish was carefully prepared and full of flavor. The ice creams were also amazing, both in presentation and taste.
Our waiter, Hasan, was very attentive and friendly throughout our visit, making the experience even more enjoyable. We would like to thank him especially for his great service.
This place will definitely be one of our top choices for dining, and we highly recommend it to everyone!

Once welcomed we were invited to the outside Garden for a glass, an enchanting and relaxing atmosphere. suddenly the wind rise up and they suggest us to go in bringing the glass to the table where after ordering wine we felt cuddled by the staff, certainly well coordinated, always focus to anticipate our every need. At the end of our wine glass Adrian, the bartender, offers us his signature that was a journey within a journey. crispy, refreshing, intense and with a long finish. Perfect match for our main courses. I have to underline again that The room was supervised by an excellent staff and I asked who the manager was, not present that evening, a certain Adil, to whom I extend my congratulations for having made us feel at home. We will return soon.

The staff is fantastic! Especially our server Marc who was so personable and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. The food was fabulous in particular the massaman curry, thoroughly enjoyed and would reccommend to all.

Lovely experience with Easter lunch; the meal was exceptional with nice holiday specials. The pastry chef went above and beyond and accommodated a custom request for a cake in the shape of a lamb, which is our family tradition. It was exquisitely executed and made our celebration all the more special
