The Garden Room in Dublin

Family reunion dinner in the Garden Room. First time we’re were altogether in a long time. Service was exceptional. The menu catered for everyone and included some seasonal favourites. We all had something different and everyone was happy. It was busy but staff still had time to check in, to pour wine as needed, Service was observant but unobtrusive. The lamb was delicious, sea bass superb, turkey and ham was enjoyed as was steak. Deserts were too many to choose from. We have had lovely dinners in the Garden Room in the past and it is our preferred restaurant in Dublin and yet again it was perfection. Thank you.

The staff is absolutely amazing, the energy of the place is so peaceful, food was a 10/10. I had the best dinner there, thank you so much so the amazing staff, can’t wait to be there again soon!

The service is friendly and attentive without being pushy; The food is quite tasty (order the meat a little less than usual) and the desserts are exactly the right size so as not to overfill the dinner. The only “negative” point is that the atmosphere inside the restaurant is like a hotel (light, carpet, etc.) Quite recommended.

Delicious steak. Very friendly staff. Nice view of the inner courtyard of the merrion. Very relaxing for an early dinner when in town.

We enjoyed breakfast in the Garden Room and it was delicious. We each picked up a few treats from the breakfast buffet and we ordered a full Irish breakfast to share. I’m so glad we shared because it was a LOT of food. The mixed berry compote yogurt was so delicious that we spent the entire day talking about it. We let the staff know that my husband has celiac and they were amazing at ensuring everything was safe for him to eat!

On Thursday night we celebrated our wedding anniversary with dinner in this exceptional restaurant. Our experience was enhanced by the elegant surroundings of a window seat close to the water feature and the attentive service provided by Wael. It was truly memorable, one that I would highly recommend and want to repeat.

Probably one of the top fine dine spots in Dublin. A bit pricey but portions are massive, festive delicious and service is top notch.

We had the most special afternoon here with family and our toddler. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating, made us feel so comfortable even when my toddler changed seats about 5 times! The food, service and environment was just beautiful. We’ll be back again in future and would highly recommend to anyone else looking for something a bit special.

We had one of the best meals of our trip in Ireland here. The cocktails are perfect, the decor is so chic and beautiful, and the staff is friendly! I had food allergies a d they were able to accommodate me with zero issues. The mango passionfruit dessert was so good I ordered it twice! Absolutely loved this restaurant.
