The Garden Room in Clonakilty

One of the loveliest, quaint little hotel I have visited. I will go back for a longer stay as the staff were great, they went about and beyond. Food was great as well.

We had a lovely stay at this charming family-owned hotel in room 3, which offered a beautiful view of Emmet Square. The location is fantastic, with convenient parking available right at the square. While we enjoyed a restful night, the duvet was a bit small for the bed, leaving the sides exposed and making it a tad chilly. The bathroom was decent and featured a tub, though we hoped for better plumbing fixtures. We savored a delicious mini Irish breakfast that included a nice selection of breads. However, the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the warm and friendly service from the staff.

Haven't stayed there but I do eat there. Friendly staff, lovely food, and reasonable pricing.

What a beautiful hotel like home from home with beautiful features and the personal touch and manners from the staff makes it so warm and welcoming this is a place I can't wait to see again I highly recommend here and definitely be back it also in the centre of the town close to everything..also loved the fact breakfast was served till 11 as last thing you want on a break awak is time limit this in itself was excellent 100% all round and the staff are amazing

New refurb finish was great in rooms and reception areas - really lovely staff and you can’t get a better location. Very satisfied with the Emmet Hotel

Everything was perfect. All staff were friendly & helpful. Room spacious & beautiful. Breakfast was delicious & gift received when checking out was very much appreciated. The location of the hotel couldn't be better.

The Emmet Hotel, is a family run hotel in the centre of the town with great views over the historic Emmet Square. Decor most unusual blend of modern and antique all very tastefully arranged. My en suite bedroom had very comfortable bed with antique padded headboard; everything I needed at hand; large bathroom with shower and bath and lovely white soft towels. Great food available throughout the day served by very friendly staff. Would recommend it as a choice place to stay in.

This boutique elegant family run hotel is exceptional. Beautiful decorated interior keeping in line with area. The bedroom is very comfortable with Dyson air condition unit, coffee machine etc. I didn’t eat dinner but it’s one of few rare hotels where breakfast is cooked fresh with table service. Staff were very helpful. Keep up the good work.
