The good batch in Ballyjamesduff

THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC! Just this past week, my family and I reconnected with our long-lost cousin (Ken Rothwell) who is a resident of this delightful town, Ballyjamesduff. We decided to catch breakfast together, and I opted for The Good Batch, based upon its online reviews. Let me just say: it did not disappoint! The coffee was AMAZING, and the scones were to die for!! Mind you, we had just spent a week in London, and yet these were THE best scones and coffee we had the entire trip. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the entire ambience was just perfect for a casual family get-together; connecting and getting caught up after all of these years. THANK YOU GOOD BATCH, for providing such delicious food and coffee!!! :-)

Great place for a coffee, spacious, highly recommend it

On a motorcycle spin to Co. Cavan we stopped here for breakfast - a group of 12 hungry bikers! I can only say that everything was absolutely magnificent! The breakfast was perfectly cooked with very generous portions, lots of pots of tea and plenty of toast and all very reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and efficient, the restaurant was immaculately clean and the toilets were spotless!! Well done to all! Wishing you every success and we'll definitely be back again!

Coconut cappuccino is fabulous, pricing of coffee is excellent, €3.40 without alternative milk of 35c, recommended!!☺️

I was working in the area yesterday and stopped for a quick lunch. Good food, caters for vegetarian diet, friendly staff, very reasonably priced. Oh, and tasty treats. Well worth a visit.
