The Grafton Hotel in Dublin

Fabulous service, great staff. If you're looking for a central hotel less than 5 minutes walk to Grafton street, this is it!

We had a great time there! Nice, clean and comfortable room, helpful staff and great location in the centre of Dublin!

Hotel itself was excellent. Very good service at the bar for food but check-in was a bit slow and less than friendly without much information provided. Location is accessible for Dublin night life but was very loud until after 2am with club goers and arguing outside - a problem with the location and lack of noise proofing the room.

Excellent hotel. Really well located, clean, modern, very friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay special. Thanks to Beatriz for being welcoming and friend, Noel, Gary and the whole team.

My wife and I spent 4 nights at The Grafton. We were almost in disbelief about how friendly the staff was. (We kept whispering to each other, "They must take 'nice pills.'") The people were more than merely professional--they were a true pleasure to be around. For example, each morning we went down for breakfast and were greeted by Gary Cambell, whose witty commentary on the components of the Irish breakfast (and other topics) warmed us up even before we'd had our coffee. Everybody at the hotel seemed to have a sense of humor. The accommodations at The Grafton are first-rate: the beds, the bathrooms--everything. But it's the people we remember most. The hotel clearly has a great training program, but beyond that, it seems to have cracked the code on how to hire people who are nice by nature.

The customer service we received was the best! The hotel location is ideal if you want to see a lot of tourist highlights of the city. Mohammed greeted us at the front door with a smile and a touring tip every time! He was there for anything we needed. I would not hesitate to rebook at his hotel

A perfectly located hotel within walking distance of so much of Dublin’s treasures. The rooms are beautiful - clean, spacious light and pleasant on the eye. Reception staff are friendly and helpful, able to assist in a range of ways. Breakfast caters for a range of tastes and diets.it is beautifully laid out and the dining room is full of charm. I recommend it to anyone looking for a superb place to stay in Dublin.
