The Grainne Uaile in Newport

Great stop in Newport. We were well looked after by Mary Ann. She was good fun as well as the great service.

I recommend this restaurant; the dishes (we ordered two different ones) were very generous, very good, and beautifully presented. The staff was very welcoming.

Lovely place inside and out, the girls serving us were second to none they were brilliant and they had their hands full with the place packed out. The food was lovely, one person wasn't overly impressed but overall we loved it. Good spot, nice place to eat, fab pricing and the staff are brilliant they'd make you wanna come back they were that nice. Will come back again for sure.

Enjoyed late lunch here 3X recently with family and friends. Very high quality meals and presentation, in a quaint setting. Highly recommended!

We spent three days in Newport and enjoyed fabulous meals each day at the Grainne Uaile. Such a warm but also very professional atmosphere. The food was outstanding and the welcome from the whole team was amazing. A little gem of a place.

I have passed this pub on many occasions. Buti decided to stop and try it to see what it was like. I was not disappointed from the warm greeting on arrival from the 2 girls behind the bar. The food was excellent and the service was second to none.
