Excellent gastro pub in Newport, Co Mayo. Very friendly staff who were very welcoming and accommodating to ours needs. Would highly reccomend.

A lovely restaurant : the food is very good, the prices are fair, and the two waitresses are very kind and attentive ! We came back twice ! Just a word of advice, I tried the profiteroles... but they weren't very good. It's better to have fewer and simpler desserts that are home-made and taste good. But apart from that, the restaurant is very good !

This place is modified from double decker bus. Had veg pizza. Was good enough

I don't understand the previous reviews. I had sea bass. What did I get? Weak fish with mashed potatoes. The skin wasn't crispy. The mashed potatoes were okay, obviously homemade. The vegetables were bland and unseasoned, with no sauce, etc. Unfortunately, for me, it was just average, definitely nothing more. I had two Guinnesses with it. That's always good.

Best seafood chowder I’ve had!!

Nice spot with good choices on the menu. Had the hake dish that was on special and it was well seasoned and very nice. Well worth a visit.
