Hop house13 can be bad, how can a place have bad pints with the price they charge, furniture needs replacement, sadly not the same place of 10 years ago.

Grand enough pub. They have a good size function room which is pretty perfect for Christenings. Their drink options are normal/limited. They do food too.

I just recently had a Christening in the function room at the Grasshopper. I cannot speak highly enough of the place. Martin and the team were amazing to deal with and all the staff were exceptional on the day making sure everything ran smoothly. There is a super friendly atmosphere there in general. The food was fresh and delicious and the space was fantastic for an event. Everyone commented on the food and the professionalism of the staff. I would highly recommend The Grasshopper and will most definitely book my events there in the future. Thank you to the team at the Grasshopper for making our day so special and going above and beyond for us.

Food lovely and staff are very friendly reasonably priced

My favourite place where I like to spend my weekend evenings , the food is delicious the service and the atmosphere, everything is grand. Lovely staff.
