The Green Frog Café in Cork

A really proudly run family business, warm atmosphere, friendly staff and a real addition to the UCC campus area.

Been there a couple of times with my friend and always was a good experienced! Good vibes and appetising food (highlight to the sausage rolls, especially the vegan one heheh) definitely still going to be my go to when im nere ucc!

Last week I went to the Green Frog Cafe and was met with lovely staff who warmly and patiently greeted me despite how busy it was in the cafe ! The staff were so friendly and I felt very comfortable talking to them! I got an iced vanilla latte as well as a sandwich called “ the Reuben “ . Both were excellent and clearly made with precision , care and skill . I sat inside and the chairs were comfortable and everywhere was clean! Thank you to the lovely staff of the Green Frog cafe , I’ll be looking forward to coming back to such a lovely place !

I come in almost every weekend and the staff are the main draw. So friendly, welcoming and attentive, always with a smile on their faces. The food always has the taste of high quality ingredients and care in the kitchen. Lastly, it is always a busy spot, weekdays or weekends, and for good reason. The atmosphere is so lively and fun and all this packaged together makes a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend.

Really love this place, great for UCC students

We often come here after going to Maradyck walk. We dropping for tea or hot chocolate. It s a student cafe. Great for parents and those who strollers. We visit to warm up and use the toilet. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a decent selection of sandwiches and treats. We like their tea selection.

First time ordering, Sunday morning a lovely girl recommended me Chicken & tomato panini (as for no pork eater)… I wasn’t sure I would like it but it turns out great ! And my flat white was lovely 🥰 5/5 overall but many times I passed around 5:30pm -5:45pm on Fridays and cafe was closed already so I advice changing times of opening as I was rushing and gasping for my cup of coffee when my daughter have training. It was disappointing each time. Especially when the cafe in park was closed. Prices are grand, service and food great too
