The Green Frog Café in Cork

Had a recent visit here and I have to say the sausage roll is the best I have ever tasted. The scones are also beautiful. Very friendly staff.

My experience at the Green Frog Cafe was a mixed bag. The coffee was served promptly and was excellent. Unfortunately, our food order was completely overlooked. After a 30-minute wait, we had to remind the staff, and then received the wrong order. Got a regular sausage roll instead of the vegan sausage roll. This was frustrating, but to their credit, the staff were apologetic, and when the correct food finally arrived, it was delicious. The quality of the food itself was very high, but the service needs significant improvement. I'd consider returning if the service became more reliable.

So sound i asked for a plain cheese & ham panini for my ASD son, and despite the long queue, the very kind older gentleman behind the till made one up specially. Such kindness is hugely appreciated 👏 💐

Really good coffee and nice staff. I love that it opens early. Only downside is that green frog light, it’s a nightmare for anyone that gets migraines so I always get my coffee for takeaway

Staff are really nice here. It’s always busy but that’s because it’s right next to UCC. Love the variation!!!

Popped in for a coffee and a snack as we were staying across the road. Honestly, the best sausage roll I’ve had in a very long time. Coffee was good too. Smoothies were also delicious

The best Panini I had in Cork so far and its quite affordable as well. Coffee is good especially the Chai Latte. It gets quite busy around lunch time understandably however the cleanliness suffers as a result as the staff have their hands full. Customers could also do better by cleaning up their own mess. Staff themselves are fine, they won't waste time chatting with someone at the till.
