Great and very nice space! It’s relaxing and quiet, perfect for taking a break or spending some peaceful time. The atmosphere is comfortable and well cared for — highly recommended if you’re looking for a place to unwind, have a glass of wine a pint or two..

This pub is like stepping back in time. My husband and I can could have sat in there all evening. The tables are by candle light and the atmosphere is just lovely. A must visit when visiting Kinsale. Good pints and lovely wine.

29/11/2025: A warm welcome and excellent service. We enjoyed the food and the staff were friendly.
15/11/2025: In Kinsale for the weekend,enquired with the locals about an Indian restaurant,they all recommended the Cobra restaurant,and true to their word the food was superb,very friendly staff,small restaurant,would highly recommend it to all 10/10 for me and my partner 👍.

19/09/2025: Perfect, local pub. Sorry to miss Mary, but Brian is terrific. We saw Mary this visit (2025). She's awesome! Doing the ghost tour Sunday!
