The staff here were very welcoming and professional! Our food and dessert came out quickly and were delicious. Junior went above and beyond, making us some lovely coffees to go with dessert. Junior’s service and the restaurant as a whole were spot-on, high recommend!

I had a very pleasant experience at The Gallery Restaurant. The service was excellent throughout the meal — the staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The restaurant itself is lovely, with a comfortable atmosphere and a nice setting. The food portions were generous and everything we ordered was enjoyable. The only downside was the price, which felt a little high for what was offered. Overall, though, it was a very good experience and I would still recommend it, especially if you are looking for good service and a pleasant place to eat.

However, I would also like to share a suggestion. It might be beneficial to have a more balanced team, including more male staff members. On some occasions, I have noticed that certain employees seem unmotivated or in a bad mood, which can affect the quality of customer service. I believe excellent customer service is one of the most important parts of the Starbucks experience, and I hope this feedback can be helpful. Thank you for your attention.
