Shopfront very understated- we nearly didn’t find it. Nice upbeat feel to it though. Sourdough bread and pastries real good! Good selection of delicious tea and coffee. Organised and friendly. I recommend.

Gorgeous pesto chicken sandwich on sourdough. Nice coffee. Superb sliced white sourdough loaf which we froze and it fed us nicely on our week long holiday in Kerry.

Absolute best bakery/cafe space in town! Highly recommend the whole grain sourdough, the rosemary and sea salt focaccia and really any of their pastries.

We ordered Mediterranean chicken sandwich, cinnamon twist, chai latte, morning bun, rhubarb turnover, capuchino, croissant, pain au chocolate and matcha with oat milk. Everything we tried was amazing, the place is very tidy and modern, and the staff were very friendly.

Everything about this place is perfection! We loved it so much that we returned three mornings in a row – as much as our trip would allow. Their food is amazing, their baked goods are to die for and the atmosphere is super cozy. Must stop

23/07/2026: I have no complaints about the talbot hotel in midtown. The staff were so helpful and friendly, the room was very spacious especially with us having a toddler with us the only 1 downfall was we were looking forward to the swimming pool but the temperature of the water was freezing my toddler was shivering with the cold in the water and spend all of 3/4 minutes in the pool. But over all we enjoyed our first family holiday in the hotel.
16/07/2026: Very easy to book . From the time we arrived to book in , the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and comfortable, spotlessly clean . It was our anniversary and the staff arranged chocolates in the room which was a lovely touch of kindness. The breakfast was delicious, a great range . We definitely will be back again.
