The Grumpy Bakers in Cork

The banoffee cruffin was amazing. The carrot cake brioche was ok.

The Porcetta sambo is perfection. The coffee is gorgeous. There is indoor seating but twas packed of a Sunday so we found a bench up the street.

So delicious and the service made my day❤️the pastries are utterly amazing!

Really nice bakery / cafe, the place is humming. Well priced, nice staff and good atmosphere. The selection of breads and sandwiches is very good however the selection of pastries is phenomenal. Definitely worth a visit. If your humming and hawing about visiting just go you won't regret it.

What an adorable little cafe/Bakery. The Baristas were so kind and great at explaining what is available. The selection of sourdough loafs is amazing. They have a nice assortment of sandwiched, pastries and cookies. I had the almond croissant and it is one of the best I have ever had! My cappuccino was made perfectly with a great flavour. I would highly recommend popping in the place, having a seat in the quaint seating area and enjoy the relaxing vibe.

Good atmosphere and food. The scone was the best of all the ones I have tried in the city. Price similar to the area... 2 sandwiches, 2 sweets and a coffee were €28 approx.

Well I'm glad I came here on the last day of the year, as If I started a new year on the best sandwich I've ever had It would be impossible to top. Mediterranean focaccia was impeccable and I wish there was a grumpy Baker in Derbyshire I would keep them sold out. Thank you so much, what a taste explosion. Don not pass by with out popping in.

The cafe was supposed to be open at 7.30 but it was closed. I tried again at 8.20 but it was still closed. They had a note on the door that said they opened at 7.30 and I found the same online. They seemed to be open around 9 when I walked by again. Food is good, bread is yummy.
