What an absolutely fantastic spot. Wonderful hospitality from Andy. We had such a fantastic visit. The Guinness was glorious and the food was to die for. Can’t wait to visit again. A gem! Thanks guys.
The food was 2nd to none, I had hake the first night and a fish pie the following night, both were fabulous. The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all a lovely experience and I would highly recommend a visit if ever you visit Whitegate
Such an unassuming little country pub in east clare,but oh boy is the food good.
It's 5 star all the way.
So tasty and so well presented,and good value for money,the staff are lovely also.
We are regular customers, it's well worth a visit .
