The Heron Café in Fermoy

Called in here sunday morning - lovely staff and reasonably priced-

“Lovely café with both outdoor seating with umbrellas and a comfortable indoor seating area. The coffee is very good, prices are fair and actually better than many nearby places. Staff are friendly and the atmosphere is always welcoming. They also have the Squid app loyalty system where every 10th coffee is free — a small thing, but it makes customers happy. The only downside is that because the café is very popular, there can sometimes be a longer wait for coffee during busy hours. A larger coffee machine with more groups would definitely help. Overall, highly recommended!”

Small but very busy. A favorite with the locals. They do quite a lot of take out coffees

We stumbled upon this cafe while driving through the country and it was a great find! The staff were really nice and the blueberry scone was to die for. We also got the sausage roll and drinks which were equally as good!
