We are touring Ireland for the first time on holiday and currently in New Ross. We live in Birmingham which is seen as the Balti capital with hundreds of Indian restaurants and eat out at many of them regularly. The reason for stating this is because we ate at the Holy Grail restaurant tonight (Sunday) and had one of the best Indian meals ever. Beautiful food, lovely staff. Definitely recommend it. PS Ireland is a beautiful country
This spectacular experience is like no other,it’s like a journey into the real “Holy Grail”it really lives up to the name, the smells of the spices and the tastes of the flavour is just immaculate,my child has dedicated her life to “The Holy Grail” she loves the chicken curry,it’s a truly beautiful dish only loss is missing crackers and the unrealistic Irish woman in an authentic Indian restaurant sticks out like sore thumb, other than that big thumbs up!!☺️
Very nice restaurant and lovely lady serving me, good food and reasonably priced with good Indian menu, possibly leaning too much to non-indian cuisine to appeal to unadventurous Irish pallets. I have only eaten here twice and had hottest dish on menu being Vindaloo, which if you love heat isn't hot enough at all, but very tasty. I had taken away first time and dined in 2nd visit and service is professional, friendly and quick, no longer waits!!
I would love if they "spiced" up their menu with the like of Kholopuri or other hot dishes, but I will eat here again and would recommend it to any Indian fans and as a nice, comfortable, good ambience restaurant.
