The Horseshoe in Kenmare

Stopped by based on ratings inn TripAdvisor. Overall, the food was very good. My only complaint was that it was that it did not have many “traditional” dishes. We had wings, seafood chowder, and a salad. All were very good and the service was great. Like stated, it just lacked having any traditional dishes that we would have liked at a traditional Irish Pub.

Great menu, something for everyone. I was craving ribs and they did not disappoint! Best fries/chips in Ireland. I was full after my ribs but had to finish every last one! Cut and cooked to perfection and stayed warm. Amazing! Nice friendly staff even though she was the only one working the restaurant, she didn't miss a thing! Small comfy place, would definitely return.
