The House in Dublin

Basic interior but very good food! Welcome also very good To do, just before the very pretty 3-hour course which allows us to discover the coastal paths!

I expected much better reading the reviews... The English breakfast was bad, very dry. The burger, normal, the fish and chips regular.

Near the top of the hill on Main Street in Howth, this charming cafe is known for great scones, and it didn't disappoint. I was surprised by how busy it was for a Tuesday afternoon (2:30 PM) in early April, which I think was a testament to how good the place is. Overall, It's a great spot to rest before heading back down to the harbor.

Excellent cuisine and good ambience. The fish and mussels were particularly excellent.

Very good Irish breakfast, we also had the scone and it was very tasty too. Would definitely recommend

After a good hike to the lighthouse and back, we managed to book at The house for lunch. We had 2 kids with us. The waiters were really cool and friendly and paid attention to details. Something went wrong with the order which they corrected almost immediately. The food was great, excellent quality and in great amounts.

Lo troviamo per caso su Maps passando in zona, locale piccolo ma caldo e accogliente, personale disponibile, il migliore fish and Chips che abbia provato a Dublino (con il pescato del giorno ed enorme), uova alla benedict con salmone spettacolari, ed anche il caffè, Illy, ben lontano da quello italiano ma ben superiore al resto!

Do your self a favour and call into The House Cafe, Restaurant, Bar & Demi when on the beautiful peninsula of Howth, Dublin. First up we enjoyed a sneaky French coffee, then their wonderful Howth chowder, awesome Caesar salad with succulent grilled chicken and a finely chosen NZ Sauvignon Blanc. To top it off the staff were friendly and attentive even though very busy. ☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️
