Brunch for my birthday with my fiancé!! Food was delicious, nice atmosphere and staff very present and kind!

The first time I came here it was brilliant. The second time I came I got food poisoning. Was served a gone off cut of beef. Horrible experience. Will not be returning.

This place has the nicest food in Liffey valley hands down . The boneless honey and soya wings are amazing. We have been here many times and it’s consistently really really good . Would highly recommend

Incredible service and food! We came here with a group of 16 for a 50th birthday, and it was honestly one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. The girl serving us was absolutely brilliant — she remembered my drink without me even asking and went above and beyond for everyone at the table. The food was unreal! The hot sauce boneless wings weren’t just glorified nuggets — they were full of flavour, proper spice (they blew the head off me, but I still finished them all!). The Louisiana hot sauce chicken burger was top quality, and even the chips were perfect. Everyone else raved about their meals too — a few said the steak was nicer than Beef and Lobster’s! Between the service, food, and atmosphere, The Hudson Rooms is easily a five-star spot. We’ll definitely be back! 👏🔥

Had my birthday meal here last night. There was a group of 14. We all ordered different dishes and we all thought the food was delicious. Our servers were excellent, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The cocktails were also delicious. The atmosphere is cosy and warm. Fast service, food is delicious and atmosphere welcoming and cosy. I would recommend 100%
