17/01/2026: Normally we don't have much issue here, but tonight we waited nearly 3 hours for food before we finally called to ask why they weren't delivering it The guy who picked up said that the drivers wouldn't take the orders and 25 other orders were waiting too Now, I get that the drivers not accepting isn't their fault, but they should have called us and the other people about this instead of us waiting around for ages starving, meaning not only did we have to order somewhere else because they were now closing, but ordering from somewhere else was much more difficult since it was now so late It's annoying too because there's usually no issues her but that was just a joke, there's absolutely no reason why we should have been left waiting that long with no update except for the tracking continuously extending the amount of time it will take to arrive, I don't care how busy it was, it takes 20 seconds to call and tell us there's an issue with the order
