03/08/2024: The lemon muffin was delicious and a very welcome cup of Barry's tea on this cold day. Ladies toilet could have been cleaner and a problem with the hot water tap, wouldn't turn off! And hand dryer didn't work. **So months later, hand dryer still doesn't work!! No alternative to dry hands either. Please do something about this

20/07/2024: Went here not once, but last time was really bad. I wanted to laminate my 2 documents which were breaking because of the years. The man asked me if I really want to laminate them with not really happy face and when I said yes he started doing it. I waited for 10 mins for him to laminate them. The lamination paper was much bigger than documents and I asked them to cut the lamination paper around and you know what he did? He just gave me a scissors and asked me to cut it by myself. So I payed money for standing and doing it by myself. Really bad service that time. Hope it’ll improve 🤞🏼
