Great staff, beautiful restaurant. Dessert was great. Got the pizza but it was nothing special I’m afraid, sauce was very bland. Had a burger previously and will order a burger from now on, top tier.

Good menu, good quality food - by no means exceptional, somewhat pricey for what can only be described as pub style food in a pub style setting though not a pub ! Staff friendly and helpful, decor and furniture bit threadbare, some of the furniture could do with somewhat of a revamp or replacement !

Afternoon Tea At the Ashdown Park Hotel

10/05/2026: I had a fabulous stay recently with my mam and my daughter.We were spoiled from the moment we arrived with an upgrade,fabulous food and dancing with a live band and the most amazing treatments in Asha Spa(Highly recommended!)and all the staff were lovely.We love it here as it has everything we need for the whole family to enyoy!Thanks

They are so professional, organized, and truly care about making the day perfect for the couple. As wedding photographers and videographers, we really appreciate a venue team that makes everything run so smoothly and creates such a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere for everyone. We highly recommend Ashdown Park Hotel to any couples looking for a beautiful venue with incredible staff! Damian
