The Kitchen, Mount Falcon Estate in Ballina

Visited from Dublin ,journey took around 3 hours but didn’t even feel that long tbh. We chose the food lovers package and we were not disappointed. The rooms were well kept and super clean. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The swimming pool was great they had a nice jacuzzi aswell that you could enjoy. They have a good variety of spa treatments. The staff were nothing short of lovely , very catering. Highly recommend the clay sho oting , we enjoyed every second and you don’t need any experience! If you’re looking for a short getaway then this place is great.

Got soaked in town. Just wanted hot cuppa on a way home. Tried this place. Staff was very welcoming. Cuppa was excellent!

We had a very enjoyable stay in Mount Falcon. Jordan had a warm welcome for us on arrival. Our room was really nice with a huge bathroom, robes and slippers. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant. Marcus and the staff in the leisure centre and spa were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. We would recommend a stay here in this beautiful hotel

Beautiful place. Very quiet estate. Daniel, the falconeer, is very nice and knowledgeable about his birds. We had a great time with him and his assistant. The ladies at the bar, Keeley and Sophia, are outstanding. We had great chats with both ladies while having drinks. Sophia, we enjoyed the Portugese lessons! Hope to see you again!

At the expensive end but good food and service is rarely remembered for being dear....so well worth the extra.

An elegant & classy property with stunning seafood & steak It is a beautifully kept property, olde world luxury and so delightfully peaceful. We went on the Hawk Walk which was so interesting learning about birds of prey - did you know they can close their ears? Yes, could have done with that as an option many a time! The spa treatment was lovely and relaxing and the bedrooms and bathrooms are big and spacious. There is a timelessness to this property and a high level of care involved. I could see a chap fixing the sash windows in the old house, the old stone is immaculately clean. Mount Falcon is so not a “chain” hotel The big summer marquee is so tastefully put together it is a delight to look at and eat in as you gaze across the summer grass and trees. This is a little gem – we really enjoyed our time here greatly.

Without a doubt, Mount Falcon is the finest place I have ever visited. The staff was first rate. The food was wonderful. The estate is magnificent. My wife and I enjoyed our stay there immensely. We will definitely plan a return trip.

Very professional ran ,great food, super entertainment

We had stopped for a bite to eat and were accommodated in the marquis! The food was absolutely delicious and the entertainment was a bonus. Lovely staff so an unexpected amazing experience.
