Lovely grounds and surroundings. Pity about the staff training. Staff at the leisure centre couldn’t answer basic questions on the activity offerings, replying “I don’t know what you’re talking about” as if the activities didnt exist despite being on the website. Absolutely infuriating

Really nice stay at Mount Falcon Hotel. The restaurant was a standout — much better than most hotel food. Overall, a great experience and good value for money.
