Just dropped into the coffee shop passing by great coffee and scone,spotless area nice staff

Right in the heart of it all. Very comfortable room, great shower, friendly service and good breakfast. Beautiful view from the room but busy road outside

Such a pretty and relaxing hotel

Went here for a show. Found staff to be friendly. Only saw the down stairs venue and smoking area. Both of which were nice. It seems to be dated but well kept. My gripe here is there was a concert on of which they seem to host many, and the toilets hand dryers both not working. No paper towels left out. Some of the taps not working either. These would likely be small fixes with a big impression left on guests if all was in order. Can't comment on the rooms so I'll score them a 4 in anticipation they are fairly well kept like the rest of the venue.

Only downside public bar and food gone very shabby looking..really needs a makeover. Was better 20 years ago

We went for lunch .it's took almost 1h to be served . But at the end of the day, manage was very nice and treat us well.

My wife and I traveled from Belfast,We stayed two nights to attend Onóir concert,We have stayed in many hotels but never one as professional as the Beautiful Landmark hotel,the staff were brilliant and the hotel and bedroom was spotlessly clean.The restaurant was superb and the breakfast was the best we have ever had.We hope to stay again very soon.

Stayed here 2 nights as attending a wedding. Good hotel, well run. Staff are competent & professional - in other words, they are well trained. The freshly cooked breakfast was excellent!
