Very beautiful for photos. Come as a Sunday tourist because it's crowded, very crowded. There are bars, live music outside, and street art. If you come in early fall, bring raincoats because it rains constantly.

It’s walkable, vibrant, and packed with history, art, even in fast-forward. Be warned: an hour only scratches the surface. You’ll leave wanting more. Consider staying the night, this city deserves it

Even though the weather is cool and rainy, it's a colourful and cheerful place with many bars, cafes and shopping venues where everyone is out on the streets... It creates an atmosphere that makes you say, "I'm so glad I came to Galway."

10/09/2025: Excellent food, friendly staff, and a welcoming pub. There were 11 of us, and everyone was satisfied. The fish soup and vegetable rice were also excellent.

10/09/2025: Not if you have a dog. They even lie to you, saying there's a law that says dogs aren't allowed in, even though the owner is free to decide. Without a dog, the pup is OK.
