If I could rate The Lifeboat Inn 6 stars I would. Hands down the most delicious and well priced food I’ve had in a very long time. Heads up that portion size is large, produce is local and clearly prepared with love. Welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly staff. We chose the garden area to dine in since the weather and location were memorable.
Looking forward to a return visit. Thanks to all the staff.

I've been wanting to visit for a while now. I was not disappointed service was excellent and I had the nicest fish and chips I think I've ever had. Can't wait to go back 😊

Stopped for an early dinner and had a perfect seat looking out over the water. Fresh fish and an ice cold Aperol Spritz by the sea 10/10. Dog friendly too! The service is exceptional, Darragh could not have done more for us and was friendly, attentive and gave us great recommendations on the menu. Will be back!

Seen of this online and made the point to try it out on our holiday down in Cork & Kerry. It really lived up to the hype! Really tasty seafood, prompt service & lovely atmosphere. Staff were incredibly friendly. Will definitely be back again. If you’re in the area, it is a must!!

We stayed for a week in Courtmacsherry and ate here three times. Each time, it was brilliant. The food is superb, the staff could not be more friendly\helpful. Would highly recommend the seafood gratin.

Where do I even start? The wait staff are courteous, attentive, and smiling. The decor is tastefully, with a cosy, almost Mediterranean atmosphere. Doggy friendly in the courtyard out back, which is spotlessly clean, toasty warm, and completely sheltered for those rainy Irish days. We ordered the seafood platter, calamari, and pork belly starter. Every morsel of food was delicious, delectable, and worthy of a Michelin star. Any restauranteur that wants to learn about the industry should start their research here.
