six of us had dinner here recently to celebrate a 30th birthday. Anna and Arsen were great hosts and food was, as ever, top notch. Service not fussy or casual but the right blend. We tried most of the starters and the fish and meat mains (including the superb salmon special) and desserts were had also. Everyone was glowing in their comments. A great spot for any occasion, lunch or dinner. Just remember to book in advance as it can get busy!

The four of us had an amazing dinner here. Excellent service and great food along with a cozy atmosphere. Not crowded not noisy and not trying to serve 300 items but a great menu

My friend and I booked this restaurant based in the reviews and it’s amazing! The food was delicious we got the chicken burger and chips it was perfect! Chicken was juicy and chips were very tasty! Wine was lovely - the waitress was very friendly. It’s a small premises but I would highly recommend .The little kitchen was the perfect spot for our catch up brunch/ lunch .

11/10/2026: Achingly good food and charming spot, filled with locals. It's a brilliant neighbourhood restaurant just off Portobello. Every single dish stood out for me. It's clear the kitchen loves what they do, and hospitality is taken very seriously. Don't hesitate to go!
11/10/2026: Great Sunday lunch, tried every starter and main and can say every option was delicious and very well executed. Big recommendation, the Bib is very much deserved.

02/10/2026: Love love love this place. We arrived while it was pouring out, and they made accommodations to fit us in despite the fact that they were full. The service was outstanding and the food was excellent. My mother asked how the pancetta was cooked and the lovely waitress came back with a summary from the chef on how to make it. This is a little hidden gem across the river from Temple Bar. From 3 Americans and 1 Spaniard …. This was the BEST Irish food we had all week!!
