Classic local pub in a quiet neighborhood. We visited during the hurling match and had a great time with our fellow patrons. Ursula and her staff made us feel welcome and gave us a history lesson about the pub and area. Thank you for a great time.

14/09/2025: Not a very busy pub, the food was mediocre and bland, service alright and general atmosphere friendly. The Irish Open Golf was being played and busy with golf enthusiasts.
22/06/2025: Very nice pub. Nice food and excellent friendly staff. The manager went out of his way to get a game we wanted to see on TV. Thank you longboats. PS they serve super quality beer.

12/10/2025: Brilliant location lovely staff 10/10. No bottled water in the room though so definitely bring some if intending on having a big night! Can be bought from reception however 😁🙌
09/10/2025: Very close to city centre, train station or bus station. Nice Irish Breakfast.
