Owners are very friendly people as is the staff the pint is only 5 euros £5 50c if you pay by card witch is good by me cash is king customers great craic a real Dublin pub in James street

A great local pub on James Street owned and run by a really lovely couple. Great entertainment, great drinks selection, very friendly service. Well worth a visit

We lost our hotel last minute and the managers and servers here took care of us in a way that was above and beyond expectation. We felt like family and friends when we left. They not only provided fantastic food, but went out of their way to make sure we were safe and had a roof over our head and a place to freshen up after our travels. Thanks for everything, and we definitely plan to return for a sandwich and a Guinness one day soon!

25/02/2025: A chippy that's celiac safe!? Needless to say we went more than once during our stay in Dublin.
15/02/2025: 930 on a miserable Sat evening and the place was busy enough but a short wait was worth it as the food was fresh and hot. Chicken burger really hit the spot. Well done all. Slainte

16/02/2025: Dopo una prima esperienza alcuni anni fa sono tornato in questo ristorante. Ottimo il vino a disposizione (nonostante i prezzi mi sono sembrati parecchio levitati). L'attesa per il cibo è stata un po' lunga e non sono rimasto impressionato dalla bistecca. Speravo meglio.
08/01/2025: Probablemente le daría 4. 5 . Tenía la casa salmón ahumado como entrada, era fantástico. No demasiado fuerte, pero también un sabor muy agradable, excelentes trozos de salmón y el ratón de salmón que lo acompaña también era excelente. Seguido con la pechuga de pato, también hecho muy bien, porción de buen tamaño. El lado de los greens mixtos también era agradable, me gustó el aderezo. Mi único inconveniente fue que originalmente era el único comensal (alrededor de las 12 : 30 para el almuerzo) , que fue un poco fuera de lugar, probablemente debido a la naturaleza bastante formal del restaurante.
